EduGradUP is a madrasa management software for Madrasas, Maktabs, Darul Ulooms and Islamic schools in India. Its Madrasa Mode adds a daily Hifz register where the ustad records Sabaq, Sabqi and Manzil for every student by surah and ayah — the para is detected automatically and every position is checked against all 114 surahs — along with Nazira reading and Noorani Qaida lessons, mistakes, tajweed mistakes and the Mumtaz-to-Dobara grade. A 30-para grid tracks memorisation until a student becomes Hafiz-e-Quran, and parents get a daily WhatsApp update of their child's lesson. The same app handles admissions, student and ustad attendance, monthly fees with UPI, receipts, exams and results, asatiza salary and notices — in Urdu, Hindi or English, under your own Madrasa name, logo and colours. Flat pricing from ₹9,000/year with a 15-day free trial.
Built for Madrasas, Maktabs, Darul Ulooms, Hifz institutes and Islamic schools — from a 60-student evening Maktab to a 1,500-student residential madrasa.
A sample day in the Hifz register — one row per student, one chip per lesson.
| Student | Programme | Sabaq | Sabqi | Manzil | Grade |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

The ustad's one screen for the day. Pick the class or halqa, and every student is listed with three lesson chips. Tap a chip, record the lesson, and one Save stores the whole halqa.
Not every student is on Hifz. Each student is enrolled in the programme they are actually studying, and the register shows only the lessons that fit.
Grading the way asatiza already do it, not as marks out of 100.
Every Hifz student has a 30-para grid that fills in as the ustad signs off each para after testing it.
Parents of Hifz students want to know every day — what was today's Sabaq, and how did my child do?
The app should feel like your Madrasa, not like software.
Asatiza, parents and office staff each pick their own language.
Everything a madrasa office needs, in the same app as the Hifz register.
Set up once, then the daily routine takes the ustad a few minutes.
In School Setup, switch on Madrasa Mode, upload your logo and pick your colour. Import students from Excel and enroll each one in Hifz, Nazira or Qaida.
From a phone or the web, the ustad opens the Hifz register, taps Sabaq / Sabqi / Manzil for each student, and saves the whole halqa at once.
One tap sends every family today's lesson on WhatsApp. Muhtamim and nazim see the whole madrasa's progress on the dashboard.
A flat yearly price per madrasa — never per student. Madrasa Mode, the parent and teacher apps, Urdu and your own branding are included in every plan.

It is one system to run a Madrasa, Maktab, Darul Uloom or Islamic school: student admission, attendance, monthly fees, the daily Hifz register, exams and results, asatiza salary and parent communication. EduGradUP adds a Madrasa Mode on top of its full school ERP, so the Quran programme and the regular administration live in the same app.
Yes. The ustad opens the daily Hifz register, picks the halqa or class and records Sabaq (new lesson), Sabqi (recent revision) and Manzil (old revision) for every student — surah, ayah range, lines memorised, mistakes, tajweed mistakes, a grade and a remark. The para is detected automatically from the surah and ayah.
Yes. Every student is enrolled in one of three programmes — Hifz, Nazira or Noorani Qaida. Nazira students get a daily reading entry by surah and ayah; Qaida students get a lesson (takhti) number with mistakes and grade.
The standard madrasa scale — Mumtaz, Jayyid Jiddan, Jayyid, Maqbool and Dobara (repeat). A Dobara lesson is highlighted in red on the register so the ustad can make the student repeat it the next day.
Each Hifz student has a 30-para grid. The ustad signs off a para after testing it; when all 30 paras are signed off, the student is automatically marked Hafiz-e-Quran with the completion date.
Yes. After saving the register the ustad taps "Send to parents" and each family gets one WhatsApp message with the day's Sabaq, Sabqi and Manzil, grade and mistakes. A parent never receives the same day's update twice. Parents can also open the Quran tab in the parent app any time.
Yes. Upload your logo and choose a brand colour (Islamic Green, Emerald, Black, Navy or any custom colour) in School Setup. The admin panel and the parent, teacher and student apps then show your Madrasa's name, logo and colour, and the logo prints on every receipt, report card and certificate. A fully separate Play Store app under your own name is available on the Enterprise plan.
Yes. The app works in Urdu (right-to-left), Hindi and English, and every parent, ustad or staff member chooses their own language.
Yes. Subjects are fully configurable, so Quran, Diniyat, Islamic Studies, Fiqh, Hadith, Arabic and Urdu sit alongside Maths, Science or English. Exams, marks entry and printable result cards work the same way for every subject.
Set a monthly fee plan once and demands are raised every month automatically. The office collects cash or UPI and prints an instant receipt; parents can pay online by UPI, card or net banking from the parent app once your payment gateway is connected, and a defaulters list shows pending fees.
Pricing is a flat yearly fee per madrasa, never per student. Up to 150 students: ₹9,000/year; up to 350 students: ₹14,000/year (plus 18% GST). Madrasa Mode, the parent and teacher apps and the Urdu interface are included. WhatsApp messages are an add-on at ₹1,000 for 4,000 messages.
Yes — a 15-day full-feature trial with your own students and asatiza, before any annual payment.
Yes. Attendance, the Hifz register and fees work for any timing — morning madrasa, evening Maktab after school, or weekend classes — and the ustad can record lessons from a mobile phone.
