EduGradUP's editorial team works with principals, bursars and muhtamims across Bangladesh, Nepal and Singapore to publish field-tested operational guidance.
LinkedIn profileSchools migrating from Fedena to EduGradUP typically complete the move in 7–14 working days for a single campus, and 4–6 weeks for multi-campus groups. The process is structured around three phases: data extraction and mapping, training, and a parallel-run reconciliation.
Phase 1 (data): extract students, parents, staff, classes, sections, fee heads, historical fees, attendance and examination records from Fedena via its CSV exports or direct DB read. Map fields onto EduGradUP's schema with a line-by-line review by the school administrator. Load into a sandbox tenant and reconcile against existing Fedena reports.
Phase 2 (training): role-by-role training in Bengali, Nepali or English. Phase 3 (parallel run): both systems live for 2–4 weeks, weekly reconciliation, cutover after two consecutive clean weeks. A named onboarding manager remains accountable through the first full fee cycle and first full examination after cutover.
