Frequently Asked Questions

11 questions

What is EduGradUP?

EduGradUP is a school management ERP purpose-built for Bangladesh, Nepal and Singapore — with native Bengali and Nepali UIs, local payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, eSewa, Khalti, PayNow), and PDPA-aligned Singapore data residency.

How much does EduGradUP cost?

Per-student pricing in local currency: BDT 8 / NPR 12 / SGD 0.50 per student per month. No FX risk at renewal, no module-by-module add-on charges.

Can I migrate from my existing ERP?

Yes – free data migration from Fedena, Teachmint, MyClassboard, PowerSchool, Classe365 and any CSV-based source. Typical timeline 2–4 weeks for a single campus, 4–6 weeks for multi-campus groups.

Is there a free trial?

Yes – a 15-day free trial of the full platform, with onboarding support included.

How long does deployment take?

2 weeks for a single-campus school, 4–6 weeks for multi-campus groups, with a named onboarding manager throughout.

Is EduGradUP PDPA-compliant for Singapore schools?

Yes – Singapore tenants are hosted in AWS Singapore with a published PDPA posture, annual third-party audits and a named Data Protection Officer per tenant.

Do you support madrasas?

Yes – Bengali calendar, Madrasa grade scales, hifz tracking and Qawmi/Aliya report card formats are first-class flows, not bolt-on plug-ins.

Does EduGradUP have a mobile app for parents?

Yes – native iOS and Android apps with offline support for attendance and gradebook, available in Bengali, Nepali and English.

How many languages does EduGradUP support?

EduGradUP ships in 6 interface languages — English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. Every teacher, accountant, parent and student can switch the whole app to their own language from Settings, and the choice is saved per user — so an English-medium principal and a Marathi-speaking clerk can work side by side in the same school account. Urdu renders right-to-left throughout.

Can teachers and parents each choose a different language?

Yes. Language is a per-user setting, not a school-wide one. A teacher can run the app in Tamil while the accountant uses English and a parent reads notices in Telugu — all inside the same school account, with no separate installation or extra licence fee.

Does EduGradUP support regional languages for state board schools?

Yes, in every plan. The interface maps to India's state boards: Marathi for MSBSHSE (Maharashtra SSC and HSC); Tamil for the Tamil Nadu State Board (SSLC and HSC); Telugu for BSE Telangana, TSBIE, BSEAP and BIEAP (Andhra Pradesh); Hindi for BSEB (Bihar), UP Board/UPMSP, RBSE (Rajasthan), MPBSE, CGBSE, JAC, HBSE and UBSE; Urdu (right-to-left) for Urdu-medium schools and madrasas; and English for CBSE, ICSE, IB and IGCSE. Regional-language support carries no per-language charge and needs no higher tier.
