EduGradUP collects, uses and protects personal data of schools, students, parents and staff in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the Bangladesh Data Protection framework, and applicable international standards including GDPR-style obligations.

Data we collect

Student demographics, parent and staff contacts, attendance, examination, fee and communication records uploaded by your school. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To deliver and improve the EduGradUP service to your school, generate reports, send notifications and provide support. We never use student personal data for advertising.

Data residency

Singapore tenants are hosted in AWS Singapore. Bangladesh and Nepal tenants are hosted in AWS Singapore by default, with regional residency on request.

Cookies & tracking on this website

This marketing website sets no cookies and runs no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are self-hosted, so your browser makes no requests to external font, CDN or analytics providers while you read these pages. Because we use no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required under the EU ePrivacy Directive / GDPR, Singapore PDPA or comparable laws. Any cookies inside the authenticated EduGradUP application itself are strictly necessary session cookies, described to your school in the application.

Your rights

Schools and individuals may access, correct, export and request deletion of their personal data. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@edugradup.com.

Breach notification

We notify affected schools and regulators within 72 hours of a confirmed data breach.
