These terms govern the use of EduGradUP by schools, partners and end users. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

EduGradUP is a managed SaaS school management ERP. We deliver the service from secure cloud infrastructure with documented availability targets.

Subscription & billing

Per-student monthly pricing in BDT, NPR or SGD, invoiced monthly or annually. No FX risk at renewal. Late payments may suspend service after written notice.

Data ownership & exit

Schools own their data. We provide structured export at any time and full export on contract termination. We retain backups for 30 days after termination and then delete.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful purposes or to upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

EduGradUP's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
